4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

5.1. Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
5.2. Standard products may be eligible for replacement only if damaged during transit and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5.3. Cancellations of custom orders must be made within 48 hours of confirmation or before production begins, whichever is earlier.
5.4. Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 30–45 business days.
